OUR COMMUNITY WORK
AT WHELP Housing, our commitment extends beyond our residents- we are deeply rooted in serving and uplifting the wider community. Through partnerships with local organizations, social service agencies, and volunteer groups, we actively engage in outreach programs that support housing stability, mental health awareness, addiction recovery and workforce reintegration.
We organize and participate in community clean-up days, food drives, clothing and shoe drives, seasonal holiday giveaways, and resource fairs that benefit not only our residents but also those in surrounding neighborhoods. We strive to build a stronger, more compassionate community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
